PioneerTEX specialize in manufacturing different kinds of Needle Punch nonwoven technical fabrics which is made by 100%PP or 100%PET or mixture of PP and PET or Rayon staple fiber in different colors such as Black,White,Grey or Tan. All needle punch nonwoven more than 200gsm can be nap-raised to make fuzzy style. And the nonwoven could also be applied for oil absorbent and oil containment.
PioneerTEX Oil absorbent Mat was made of 90% Polyester Needle Punch Nonwoven and 10% polyester tricot fabric by quilted stitching process. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products to its customers. Our needle-Punch Nonwoven Geotextile was produced out according to inner quality manual strictly from the receipt of raw materials to the finished product.
And the quilted production will be monitored by computers all the time.
All Needle punch Nonwoven could be made into bags or pillows for oil absorbent.
